What is Moissanite?
Moissanite is a lab-grown gemstone that exhibits unparalleled fire and brilliance. Though it is composed of silicon carbide crystals, it emits some similar characteristics as diamonds such as its durability and hardness. It scores 9.75 in Mohs scale of mineral hardness only second to a diamond at 10. Naturally, meteorite contains the mineral Moissanite which was first discovered at a site of a massive meteorite crater in Arizona by a Nobel-Piece Prize scientist, Dr. Henri Moissan, hence they named the mineral Moissanite to his honor. When you wear a Moissanite jewelry, you are truly wearing something that is out of this world!
How is Halley Reh Moissanite Graded?
Our Moissanite gemstones are graded by an independent laboratory, PGGL (Precision Gem Grading Laboratory) that offers unbiased grading since their gemologists are not employed by our company. Upon request, your Halley Reh jewelry will come with a PGGL grading certificate and an appraisal certificate free of charge.
Will Moissanite's fire & brilliance fade over time?
No. Halley Reh Moissanite emits fire and brilliance that exceeds any popular gemstones including diamonds and emeralds. Its durability, fire, and brilliance last forever.
Are Moissanites easily scratched?
No, Halley Reh Moissanite is one of the toughest minerals and harder than most gemstones. It scores 9.25 in Mohs scale of mineral hardness. It will not easily chip or break and can withstand the wear and tear of a daily worn piece of jewelry. Our handcrafted jewelry can be passed down from generation to generation.
How can I properly take care of my Moissanite jewelry?
Any fine jewelry must NOT be worn in the gym. While the Moissanite stone itself is hard to chip and get damaged, we normally use 14k solid gold with the stone and gold is malleable. It can easily get scratched and could be disfigured during your work out. After each use of your Halley Reh Moissanite jewelry, wipe it with the cleaning cloth and store it in the pouch provided in our packaging to keep it looking like new. Remove your jewelry when applying lotion or perfume and keep them from abrasive or acid-based chemicals. From time to time you may wash it with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. You may also use ultrasonic jewelry cleaner for deep cleaning.
How fast are orders processed?
If the item you ordered is a stock item, we usually ship between 1 to 3 days. Made-to-order pieces usually take 2 to 4 weeks to finish depending on the intricacy of the jewelry design chosen. You will be sent an email once your order is ready to ship with the shipping details. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays. If your order is placed during the weekend, it will be processed the following business day.
Can I update/cancel my order after placing it?
Yes, you may cancel or change your order within 24hours after the order is placed. Please email us at email@example.com to cancel or change an order or update your shipping information. We are unable to cancel or update your order once it has shipped or once we start making the jewelry piece.

How long does shipping take?
We use USPS registered mail or insured Priority Mail with addressee signature only delivery for orders within the continental United States. It would take anywhere between 3 to 7 days for the package to arrive depending on your location. For Hawaii, Alaska and International shipping, we use FedEx Express and will take 3 to 5 days to deliver. We do not ship orders on regular national holidays and weekends (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
Do you require a signature upon delivery?
Yes! We want to make sure your package arrives safely, and to the correct recipient. This requires the addressee only signature. If your package was shipped through USPS registered mail, it will be delivered directly to your address. Please make sure that you will be present during normal delivery hours. We're glad to send your order to your place of work. This delivery also requires addressee only signature.
What happens if my package is lost during transit?
If you believe your order is lost or has not been delivered more than 10 days after shipping, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we could help you track or recover your package.
What is your return policy?
We offer free returns for unworn or unused items within 60 days of receiving. Jewelry must be in its original packaging complete with the tag, grading certificate and any gift item that it came with. To begin the return process, please email our customer service at email@example.com for the return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN). Returns without RAN will not be accepted. Please note that we are unable to accept returns or offer exchange credit for special orders, custom pieces, and final sale items.
Do you accept international orders?
